The training program titled “VIVAT – A Valuable Future for Youth” (SMIS Code: 154946) successfully concluded its commercial worker training course in Sfântu Gheorghe, with final exams held today. The program, co-financed by the European Social Fund through the Human Capital Operational Program 2014-2020, aimed to support young NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) by providing specialized vocational training.
During the training, participants acquired essential skills, including customer service, product arrangement, cash handling, and tool operation. Graduates are now equipped to work in various retail environments such as shops, supermarkets, and shopping centers. They will receive a subsidy along with a diploma recognized by the Ministry of Education and Labor.
The project focuses on integrating young NEETs into the workforce through flexible vocational programs like introductory courses, specialization, and professional development training.
