From June 14 to 22, the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “GREEN EUROPE: Towards a More Sustainable and Inclusive Europe” took place in Bologna, Italy. Representatives from InnoEdu joined enthusiastic young people from Italy, Greece, Spain, the Netherlands, Türkiye, and Romania to focus on ecological transition, climate action, and community resilience.
In an era where social divisions can often overshadow connection, youth workers serve as essential bridge-builders. Supported by the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme, the project “Core Values in Youth Work: Building Skills for Empowerment and Inclusion” (Project ID: 2024-3-RO01-KA153-YOU-000267126) was launched to reinforce the capacity of youth organizations across Europe.
The project “Core values in youth work: building skills for empowerment and inclusion” has reached its first milestone with the successful implementation of the preparatory meeting, which laid a solid foundation for the upcoming activities.
On 28–29 August, the second international meeting of the ThinkAgriCircular project took place, hosted this time by InnoEdu. We were delighted to welcome six representatives from our two Turkish partner organizations and two colleagues from our Italian partners for two days of fruitful collaboration.
On January 30-31, 2025, two of our colleagues participated in the kickoff meeting of a new Erasmus+ project in Kastamonu, Turkey. The project, titled “Increasing Agricultural Literacy Skills of Adults, within the Scope of Circular Economy”, aims to promote sustainable agriculture and enhance agricultural knowledge in adult education.
From November 3 to 12, Sfântu Gheorghe hosted the Erasmus+ training program “Say NO to Racism.” The event brought together 66 young people from 11 countries, including Georgia, Italy, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Poland, Moldova, the Czech Republic, Armenia, Portugal, Azerbaijan, Romania, and Hungary.
The training program titled “VIVAT – A Valuable Future for Youth” (SMIS Code: 154946) successfully concluded its commercial worker training course in Sfântu Gheorghe, with final exams held today. From 30 November to 7 December, InnoEdu proudly participated in the Practice of Tolerance training in Vilnius, Lithuania. This intensive programme equipped youth workers with effective tools and methodologies to combat hate speech and promote inclusive communities.
