We aim to create lasting positive change and inspire future leaders.
Our colleagues recently participated in the “You(th) for Youth Strategy” Erasmus+ training course in Wuppertal, Germany, alongside youth workers from 11 countries. The training aimed to empower rural youth by helping them discover their talents and become active community members. The focus was on enhancing the skills of rural youth workers and promoting creative methods tailored to young people’s needs. As part of the program, our team visited local NGOs like Wichernhaus Wuppertal and Heckinghausen Wuppertal, where educational coaches guide youth in finding suitable career paths and integrating into society.
Young participants from our organization attended the “Say No To Hate” Erasmus+ training in Bludenz, Austria, alongside youth from eight countries. The seven-day course aimed to equip youth workers with the skills and tools to address hate speech and behavior in youth communities. Participants visited local centers like the AHA youth association, Carla Store Bludenz (focused on product renovation and recycling), and Villa K. centre, which offers activities and workshops for young people. The program also provided opportunities to explore different cultures, traditions, and cuisines while improving English language skills.
InnoEdu actively participates in and hosts Erasmus+ programs, providing youth workers and young people with opportunities to enhance their skills, embrace sustainability, promote human rights, and build cross-cultural connections through engaging training courses and exchanges across Europe and beyond.
